It's about as good a roast as I could find.
I had experience this coffee during the past week spent at Walt Disney World in Orlando. It was so good that I'd hoped to buy a bag to bring home, but failed to remember my task during a very busy, high-foot traffic visit to Disney Springs before heading home. So, I had to order it. It's good enough to order again, but hoping to find a larger bag at a lower cost per ounce.

We love Joffrey's coffee at Disney (we choose it over starbucks!) and now can have at home. I also have an amazing coffee/latte/espresso maker (The Delonghi-EVO) which helps but from bean is a game changer.

Disgusting
I don’t believe for one second this is the same coffee served by the Mouse. It was disgusting, I threw it out after the first sip. Sour taste, smelled like feet. Most of the beans were broken, the bag was maybe 3/4 full.Marked expiration date was 11/2022 but was probably 2020
