Can this be used for support wall squats behind the back to go up and down against wall?

This is a mini exercise ball. Though I suppose if positioned just right it could work for wall squats. Be sure to leave a bit of a give so it’s not too stiff when doing the wall squats. Hope this has helped to answer your question.
