Prefect for 5th grade. Good reading level and subject per 5th grade teacher. This author is great and kids really loke her. And even though she writes about her childhood experiences in the 70's the topic are very relatable, just a bit more shag carpet and pet rocks.

My 11 year old loves this series and we make sure to grab them as soon as they come out. She finishes them and gives them to her friends to read next.
