Works great, looks great. Wish there were a light at the very top but no worries. The solar panel and battery are pretty great and it stays running quite long into the night.

I have rated this item 5 star, it looked really lovely at night. Unfortunately it the pump stopped working after 1 week. I wonder is it possible to get a replacement pump. Thank you

This arrived on time and undamaged. It is easy to put together if you read the instructions. It works very well and the lights look quite good at night. I would have given it 5 stars but it is a nuisance that it will not turn off automatically so you have to go out at night to turn it off so that the trickle of water does not annoy the neighbours. it could do with a timer.

Looks great , lights a night are lovely, well packed easy to install working well so far only been up and running for a week but pleased with price and delivery.

This seller was awful..I paid £150 for this water feature for my wife and myself,very excited as it was perfect for our garden. I charged in full sunlight for the 3 days as told by the manual.All wired to the manual specs but when we switched on for the 1st time all came on then after about 10 seconds the LEDs went off..Tried again and again numerous times.I emailed the seller took 2 days to reply which I thought was rubbish..they said to unplug the solar panel and switch on and leave for 5 bloody days in full sunlight but to honest the product should of bloody worked in the 1st place. I wasn't waiting another 5 to 10 days to enjoy this faulty Product so I sent back..and to rub it in even more which absolutely infuriated me was I had to pay £17.30 to send it back as TEAMSON don't cover returns even tho it was faulty. Would I recommend this product and seller ABSOLUTELY NO..AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST..PEOPLE..you will be left with a big hole in your pocket and a very unhappy partner.

I like the design, it is only around 3ft tall but when it is working it is a relaxing feature..... BUT. After a few of the sunniest days so far this year where it had been turned on for around 4 hours a day, the motor seized up. I tried rinsing it in fresh water, checked all the contacts but no joy. I messaged the company support (as suggested by the Amazon returns procedure page) and did get a reply from the company after the weekend. Given I had asked them if we could do a pump exchange (these are less than £5 on some shops online), the reply was 'contact Amazon'. Honestly, from experience Amazon would have said 'follow the returns procedure'. I no longer had the box or packing, so this would be a pain and on top of that it would mean having to clean it out. They did offer advice, 'leave it on, in the sun, for 5 days??? Given this would take it past the returns window (which I had stated in my email to them), it smacks of time wasting and gives me the impression they think their customers are morons. Anyhow, when checking the model number on the pump, in frustration I tapped it lightly against the base of the feature and the pump came to life. I will source a new pump just in case it fails totally, but in all honesty, it would have been so simple for them to swap the pump unit out, I would have been happy with the service, I wouldn't have spent 20 minutes writing a scathing review and I could have sat back with a cuppa and enjoyed my zen moment. They get 2 stars for the design of the feature, dropped 3 for the cheap chinese pump and the incompetent service reply.

Good solar fountain, holds plenty of water so less top ups when my 2 dogs drink from it. Powerful solar panel.

I purchased this water feature last year and it worked well, this year the pump stopped working, I am trying to find a another pump with a built in solar panel. OR can i buy a replacement pump ?

El sonido de los chorros es súper relajante. Tiene un sistema muy sencillo y la puedes encender o apagar cuando quieras. Estoy encantada! Tamaño perfecto para patios/jardines no muy grandes. :) Lo mejor: no precisa red eléctrica. Si buscas una fuente discreta y sostenible, sin duda, es una opción excelente.
