I love this product! I tried so many different phone holders for my car - the suction ones just fell off, the ones meant to go on the dashboard wouldn’t stick, and the cup holder ones just fell over. I looked at my rear view mirror and thought “it would be really great if I could just hang my phone from there.” Amazon to the rescue - I found this product and ordered it right away. I have an iPhone XR with a medium thickness case and an iRing on the back. It fits perfectly in this product. The “hands” of the product fit on the very top of the phone so it doesn’t obstruct the view of the screen. With the “hands” along with the “feet” my phone feels very secure and I don’t think it’s in any danger of falling out. I was worried that it would swing on my rear view mirror, but the weight of the phone anchors it so the swinging is very minimal and I had no problem looking at the gps while driving. I have a Samsung Note 9+ with an Otterbox phone case which makes my phone bulky and heavy and most phone holders can't withstand the heaviness of my phone. (My phone is actually very light but with the phone case on it makes it much heavier). I've always had a problem trying to find a phone stand that will actually hold my phone while not falling apart and I can't even tell you how many phone holders I had gone through until I saw the Bondi+ phone holder. Since receiving this phone holder it holds my phone just fine and I have absolutely no problems. I need a phone holder in my car because I travel for work so I need a GPS and hands free is a big thing for me. I love Otterbox because I think they are the best phone case that will protect your phone and I have dropped my phone plenty of times but the only drawback of having an otterbox is how heavy the phone becomes. So all my previous phone holders couldn't withstand holding my phone up and they either droop or break. So when I found Bondi+ I was kind of skeptical whether it would be able to hold my phone up but it does with no problems. It hangs around my windshield mirror so there is no drooping or breaking and it hugs my phone still and steady. I absolutely love it and definitely recommended this product. (Plus purple is my favorite color.)

I love this cell phone holder. But, I never noticed the sizing. It is way bigger than the previous Bondi Flex phone holder I had. The other thing is that the advertising picture shows 2 phone holders which is what I thought I was getting. Now that I look at the picture again, I realize it is showing the front and back of one phone. It is kind of misleading.

I want something I can use in a rental car. I have tried several designs (air vent holders, rear view mirror clip ons). This seems to be a more universal design given the "Big Hook" at the top. The flexible grips are clever. Be prepared for this thing to wobble left and right when you accelerate from a start, go around a big curve, or hit a bumpy stretch. Not a big deal - just a minor visual distraction. A one hand grab calms things down. I sometimes have trouble starting up Apple Car Play in rental cars and I want to quickly leave the rental car center. This will get me out the door fast and I can figure out Apple Car Play at my destination.

Update 12/2: This handy little thing has since melted at the handle. It's broken apart. It couldn't handle the Carolina sun! I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to got this product. I was looking for a way to hold my phone in the car that wouldn't be permanent, and that could accommodate my phone, as well as my husband's. He has a Galaxy $6 with a battery case on it (in picture). I have a Galaxy S8 with a bulky Otterbox. The Bondi Plus holds them both just fine! I drive a Chevrolet Traverse and it has an Over at rearview mirror that is bulky as well. The hanger works on it just fine! Highly recommend!

Had one years ago until my eldest child snatched it for her own car. I had alternatives that I have used since then, but none were ever quite as good. Finally, got my replacement! This can be put in so many places due to the hook. I love it because my iPhone tends to overheat when gps-ing. I can hang it by the air vents where it is out of the sun and gets the air. It’s also handy, because it easily takes all size phones. So when hubby with his oversized android is mapping, no problem… it still fits easily in holder. Still the best phone holder I have ever used!

This is my favorite way to use my phone when I’m driving. It keeps my phone at eye level and holds it securely.

A friend gave me a similar holder after I complained my in vent holder fell off at all the wrong times while driving. I love the holder so much I wanted one to use while traveling since my phone won’t always pair well with rentals. The holder is rubber coated wires so with a bend here and a twist there you can make almost any phone fit. However, if you have an oversized phone you might have a struggle. Also, if the back of your phone has a pop out holder, it may interfere. Obviously the holder hangs from the rear view mirror and it just won’t work on every car if it is closely mounted to the window or window molding. So far, I’ve been able to make it work in 99% of the cars I’ve driven. I really like having the gps up high where I can glance at it rather than looking down at a navigation screen which takes my attention off the road. This little guy is worth a try and would be a great stocking or Easter basket stuffer.
