I'm new to these, are these lip gloss or stampers?

Neither. The Nums are rubber scented pieces that you stack on top of the Noms which move around. I, personally, don't get the allure, but my daughter (5) is obsessed. They do smell really good! There is either a lip gloss or a stamper in the blind bags along with a Num.

Not exactly sure of the question...but I got the pack of the ones pictures

What age range would you say these are for? How old it too old?

3 + years. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD -- Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs. The question how old is to old, would be your decision. Probably depends on the child. Thank you for your inquiry. NDinsites

What are the spatulas and bowls for? Do the kids actually put stuff into the Noms?

Package includes collector's menu, ice tray container and spoon accessory. No, kids do not put stuff in the Num Noms. There are over 100 Num Noms in Series 2 that you can collect! You can mix and match the collectible scented Num Noms characters to create scent-sational recipes. The Freezie Pops pack includes 3 Nums: Strawberry Pop, Tropi-Cali Pop, Grape Soda Pop, and 1 motorized Nom: Icy Berry Go-Go. Thank you for your inquiry. NDinsites
