I'm so happy with this good quality fan. It is even more attractive in person than photo...love the two-toned brown and beige color. This fan comes with a great attached light fixture with 3 different light levels and the fixture gives off nice lighting color unlike so many fans whose light fixture is yellow and gives off a very unattractive light. it comes with a remote which you can attach to the wall for convenience and there are several speed choices and it really works well. great price and a lovely looking as well as working fan. total thumbs up.

First, this is heavy. Your box should be rated up to 100 pounds. Assembly and mounting took about an hour or so, and I've done this before. If you mount it inside, you'll have two hot wires, a red and a black, most likely. You'll want the one that's on the switch, otherwise you won't be able to turn it off at the switch at all. Cap the other wire. It's meant to hook up only to a line, neutral and ground 3 wire system. One person can do it. The blades are thick plastic and huge and they really move the air. But it's so quiet! The light can be adjusted to several temps and any brightness. When you go to hook this up to the app, follow the instructions carefully. The method does not match the instructions in the app. However, when you go to hook this up to alexa, you have to just add smart things light. It will then discover the rest. Once mounted it 's incredibly sturdy. This is gonna last a while. Plus it looks really good in the room.

I purchased 3 of these fans. The first fan was frustrating to assemble. There two rod sizes provided but the instructions does not let you know what to do if you want to use the longer rod. I highly recommend that you lay everything out after unpacking and figure out which rod to use. The shorter rod has the wires already attached. If you decide to use the longer rod, you would have to take the wires out. The instructions were not clear so I assembled it with the short rod at first. Then I realized that I needed to use the longer rod since I have vaulted ceilings so I had to dissemble everything and reassemble with the longer rod. It was a pain. Also to those that purchased these ceiling fans and hear clicking noise, you need to remove the black clips that were screwed in to where the blades needs to be attached. I am not sure why they gave these screwed in the first place. I installed the fan with these clips and it made clicking noise. I realized the black clips had to be removed. After I removed the black clips, the noise stopped and it was smooth. The instructions are horrible. Also, I suggest installing all the blades leaving one blade uninstalled prior to mounting it. You will need the room. Yes, it is made of plastic but from a distance, they look like metal. Light weight, The airflow is wonderful though, much better than the ordinary wood panel ceiling fans, which are much heavier but does not provide the airflow like these. This is due to the blades being wide. Remember to get the batteries, two AAAs. The transmitter was tricky to place in. The key is to make sure when mounting into the bracket that it completely flushed in the bracket. The transmitter will be easier to place in. Do not lose the remote. I installed the remote holder immediately into the wall and have it there all the time so I won’t lose it. I wish someone would have reviewed about the “ How to” and provided tips prior to me trying to figure it out on my own. The first fan took me 2 hours to install but the other two took me me only 30 minutes. I would have given it a 5 star but the instructions were so vague. I hope this will help those that have issues with clicking noise or installation issues. To have the fan reverse, there is a reverse icon on the remote. The instructions doesn’t even tell you on how to use the fan. The light doesn’t dim though.

Very quiet, cool operation of the lighting choices and I like how the variable frequency drive motor operates I just wish it had a little bit lower speed than number one so that you basically just showing the blade barely move for ambience purposes but an awesome fan. I’ll be buying a 42 inch for the dining room. This one is a 52 very easy to put up.

Installed 2 of these in the lanai and they work great. They push air down to create a nice breeze at high speed without any motor noise. Small annoying thing is that while the fan speed holds memory, the light does not hold memory. I have them wired to a switch so I don't have to waste time playing with separate remotes but yet I have to waste time playing 2 remotes anyway because the light comes on when I don't want it to. I rarely have a use for the light but everytime I flip the switch, the light comes on with the fan.

Have had this fan for 3 years. It works so well compared to others we bought in store. Occasionally it beeps at us when the fan switches direction.

Fan control stops after 6-12 months…first 1 at 6 then 2nd at 12 months…lights work, can’t reconfigure fans. DO NIT BY THESE CHEAP FAN.

Although the fan looks good I was disappointed with 2 aspects of it. The LED light is industrial white and it is not possible to swap it out for a warmer white. As a result we never turn the light on. Secondly the slowest speed is way to fast and creates a strong breeze. Would have been nice to have a slow speed just to circulate the air.

The palm leaf fan blades are just a thick plastic, which doesn’t feel overly sturdy. The base had some scratches and marks. It is nice that the light has three color settings and all in all it still looks good

The fan is great, it looks great but it’s clicking! Can anyone help

Normally no battery wouldn’t be a big deal, but after waiting 3 weeks for delivery and it not coming with a one-off battery you most likely don’t have at home, it is frustrating. I have to go buy a 23A 12 volt battery before it will work. They don’t even sell these batteries in stores.. for $400+HST, may I suggest you guys provide this incredibly rare battery? The fan is certainly visually appealing, although the blades are plastic, no one will know from the ground. Price is still steep..
