Everything is fine apart from its build quality!
This neckband is surprisingly underrated. - Highs, lows and mids are well balanced and none of them are overwhelming. - The neckband stays in place thanks to its flexible design. - Bluetooth connection is stable and call quality is satisfactory. - Battery takes longer to recharge probably because of its micro USB charging port. But it runs for the whole day once fully charged. - They need to work on its build quality. - Also it's a bit painful to use for longer duration which needs to be fixed.
