Bands are excellent . Very comfortable.

The strap works well and looks fine, but in the 9 months of daily use, I have had to re-glue the strap into part that attaches to the Fitbit, when they fell apart.

I have big hands and the strap is completely at its end before it slips over to the wrist. Just to get it over I have to roll my thumb inward and curls fingers over fingers. Otherwise, the bands is comfortable. As for durability and quality comments, I need some time to evaluate. Update: I have worn this band for about two weeks during intense workouts and it seems to be holding up under the sweat, flexing, and stress. Other than needing another 0.5 to 1 inch on the band length to get over my hand, it seems to be working out. It will take 6 months to fully determine the bands durability.

I've had this wrist strap for a few months now and the Velcro doesn't stick to the strap all that well. In the product description it says "strong Velcro" but honestly it wore out pretty quickly. It keeps coming undone and I'd have to keep pressing the strap back in place. I eventually used a bread tie to hold it together until I purchased a new strap. I'm not sure if the Velcro issue is because of being in the water, sweat or wear and tear. I'd buy this strap again if they made it as a buckle or found a better way for the Velcro to work long term. Besides the Velcro issue the strap is really awesome. It's slim, narrow, light weight, breathable, nice looking, durable, easy to clean, and stays attached to the Fitbit super well. I've never had a problem with the anchor clips popping off the Fitbit. I'm not sure if they'd replace my strap or not. I didn't pay that much for it so I'm not super worried about it. I just went and bought a nice leather strap.
