The description of the book said it was used in good condition with minimal markings. Not the case. Based on all the label stickers on the worn cover, highlighter marks, and post it notes inside, it is VERY used. The book also arrived 3 days later than said it would. Typically not a big deal unless you bought it for a class that started after it arrived and had a reading assignment due. Disappointing.

Austin & Pinkleton (2015) shed light on various topics of PR in the professional world. Everything from the importance of credibility to oral presentations are featured. The book informed current knowledge of the profession.

Tarnishes just from sweating. Horrible quality. Save your money for the real deal
