Truly, one of the best multivitamins I’ve ever taken! I love that this one does not contain iodine or iron as those are things that I can’t have in my multivitamin. I’ve noticed that I feel better since taking this and after doing a ton of research the ingredients in this are phenomenal!

I like these vitamins. I've been taking them for 2 months now and I have more energy and feel healthier. They are easy to take with food. They give me enough energy to keep up with 2 2 two years old all day.

I have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels since starting to take these. I feel better in general and don’t feel nearly as tired during the day. I can’t say that I have noticed much difference in my skin or hair, but I didn’t really have problems with that to begin with. They have no taste going down and are fairly easy to swallow (they are light weight pills that float so head down to swallow. The bad-they really upset my stomach for about half an hour after taking them. Taking them with food does help a little, but I feel pretty miserable for a while. And the vitamin burps are definitely a thing with these. Overall I would recommend them. The good outweighs the bad.

I have tried a few multivitamins these have given me the energy I needed no upset stomach ever for myself. My lab work came back perfect for the first time not low in anything. I would recommend these

I am in my 40s and from a couple of months I was feeling dullness in my skin, hair, nails. So much fatigue all the time, mood swings etc etc.. I was definitely looking to add some multi vitamins in my diet but was not sure of any. I came across this product, read through many reviews and ordered. The package came super fast. I started taking as 2 capsules daily ( one each morning and evening after meal) and I was amazed with the results. Just with 10 days, if not a week, I started feeling so much better. I am not feeling tired so soon.. laziness, fatigue are all gone.. After 2 weeks I reduced the dose to 1 capsule a day as I was feeling much better. I have just finished this one file of 60 capsules and my hair, nails, skin all feel so much better. On the other note- I felt constipated in the initial days of having these multi vitamin, but that is me with any supplements, lol! Note- I am not a doctor or physician and I am just sharing how did I like this multivitamin. 5 stars from me!!

The product is ok, but do your research! This is my second time trying a vitamin supplement and I had the same negative side effects, simply because I don't need this many vitamins. Get bloodwork done and take only what you are deficient in, too much of anything is bad, even if it's supposed to be good. I have nothing against the product, I would just hate for another to go through what I did.. gastric pains, spike in anxiety, neck and shoulder tightness, migrains.. it was rough, so please be careful when supplementing.
