The Best Choice for L Methylfolate
I’ve gone through many other brands L Methylfolate since this is something I will always need because I have the genetic mutation where my body won’t break down folate and Opti-folate is hands down the best choice in my opinion. I’ve never had any issue with the product, I feel the price point is reasonable and the quality is the best I’ve come across.

Heart palpitations
I can say it works so well I’ve had heart palpitations. So if you have a Homozygous A1298C MTHFR this may be too high a dose. 1 mg is better to start with and really listen to your body (which is taking me a long time to learn).

Easy to swallow, though if I don't grab a drink and swallow it quickly enough I wind up with a temporary weird (not horrible) taste on the back of my tongue.
