It didn't meet my expectations.

I've been using this cream for well over a year, and I also use Kojic acid soap twice a week. I went up two shades, and it keeps my face nicely hydrated. I love it!

The cream makes my skin well moisturised.

Bought this cream in the hope it would help lighten up my scars. Used it for two nights after showering. The first night that I used it, experienced a weird, tingling/almost stinging sensation on my skin. Thought nothing of it, thinking maybe it was because it was a new product and wasn't used to it yet. Went to bed and started to feel unwell during the early hours of the morning. I was in agony, every movement hurt, (which is normal for me anyway, as I have fibromyalgia), bending my joints killed, experienced a searing, throbbing pain, (again normal for me), but it felt maximised and I had a really bad migraine along with welts on my skin with it looking really angry and red. Everything felt tender, (another symptom of fibro - but even more so, even around my underarms). Felt hot, but at the same time cold, (just like with fibro). When I got up later that morning, I felt really slow and groggy, even more so than usual. Started feeling alright later that day. Had a shower on the night and again used this lotion. Experienced the same sensation from the first time I applied it. It subsided and went to bed. Started feeling unwell around the same time I did the night before, except I felt even worse. I had an even bigger migraine, all the same symptoms, but this time breathing in hurt, I was shaking and couldn't stop. I suffer from epilepsy and was really scared I was going to blackout as I do when I have a seizure. My mum asked me if I'd used anything new and I told her I'd started using this lotion. She checked the ingredients and concluded that one of them had caused me to have an allergic reaction as one had alcohol in. I wear a buprenorphine patch as a pain blocker for my condition and as it has morphine in it, doubled with the fact that I have sensitive skin, may of caused it. Have now thrown the cream away. Won't be purchasing again.
