Good value product
Most of the industrially produced Balsamic vinegars are caramel infused vinegars of poor quality. This one for the price is quite close to the real thing

Excellent Balsamic vinegar .

Watery and acidic
This "balsamic" vinegar is watery and acidic. If you prefer the taste of balsamic vinegar to be rich and sweet then this is not the right product for you.

Love it.
I have found this balsamic vinegar to be very lovely. It has a lighter sweet taste and fruitiness that is wonderful in dressings. This vinegar, along with a good quality olive oil and dijon mustard, has been very popular with friends and family. Try it on baby spinach, strawberry and walnuts. Out-of-this-world.
