Alive! Children's Multi-Vitamin Chewable - 120 Chewable Tablets by Nature's Way

I ordered these vitamins because they don't have a lot of unnecessary ingredients and artificial flavors/colors. Based on previous reviews I was afraid my picky 2 year old wouldn't like the taste , but he LOVES them! After he takes the daily dose of 2 after breakfast, he signs to me and says "MORE PLEASE!" I do keep them locked up in the top kitchen cabinet so he doesn't try to get into them. They don't make him hyper active or give him an upset tummy. He is the same silly boy! There is only 2 grams of sugar per (1) serving which is the daily recommended amount of 2 vitamins. Some of the other toddler vitamins I researched on Amazon has 10g or more sugar per serving! I tried one and I think they taste fine, like candy, though there is a slight after-taste but nothing that bothers my 2 year old. I will be buying these from now on!

After much personal research, these were selected because of the vitamin content and the actual fruit and vegetable components. One adult reviewer had sampled this vitamin and complained that it tasted like a sugar tablet...? She also stated that her kids didn't reject them. How does one sell a chewable children's vitamin that doesn't taste good? Prior to purchasing these vitamins, I had purchased a sugarless 'healthy' children's vitamin.... my two boys (ages 5 & 6 years at the time) promptly spit them out. They don't spit the Nature's Way vitamins out and take the recommended dosage of 2 every evening. These come in two flavors with the orange ones being more on the tangy side. For that reason, I combine both flavors instead of dosing out one flavor. The one negative, and this occurs with other vitamins, is the vitamin debris that can stick to the boy's molars similar to Oreos or tootsie rolls. A little extra brushing over the molars usually takes care of that. This brand offers the option of a 'gummy vitamin' but this option costs more.

The orange and berry flavors are pleasant without being overly sweet, and there’s no chalky aftertaste like some chewables have. I like that they include a wide range of vitamins and minerals to support bone, eye, and immune health, plus they’re gluten free, which is important for our family. The tablets are small enough for kids to chew easily, but they are still a bit firm, so younger children might need to take their time. I also appreciate that there’s no artificial coloring. Overall, these are a great option if you want a daily multivitamin that kids will take willingly and that provides well-rounded nutrition. Kids love these, the tables are pretty big but they like the flavors also helped open their appetite!

I gave these chewable vitamins a try for about a week, hoping they would support my daughter’s energy and overall health, but they didn’t work out for us. The tablets are a bit thick and chalky, making them hard to chew and not pleasant in flavor. The size is manageable, but the taste made it tricky for her to take daily, and even I found them unpleasant. I didn’t notice any boost in energy or effectiveness during the week, and the vitamin quality just didn’t make up for the taste. After giving them a fair shot, we ended up tossing the bottle. Pro Tip: If your child is sensitive to flavor or texture, look for liquid vitamins or gummies, they’re usually easier to swallow and more enjoyable.

So i was giving my 2.75 year old son who is on the autism spectrum the flinstones vitamins until i became savvy to the artificial dye epidemic and realized they were part of my sons problem! He is now on a no dye diet and has been almost always sleeping through the night now! WOW! I am on a search for a chewable vitamin that is free from all these dyes, and something that he will in fact eat, that is NOT A GUMMY! This is not that product unfortunately. I want him to like them, they are full of good without the bad, however he is disgusted by them. He highly enjoyed the taste of the flinstones ones, so it is not the vitamin taste he doesnt like. I am not sure what it is about these. Your child may love them... who knows. So i will eat the box of them lol. my search continues. UPDATE!!! AND it contains iron, which my son highly needs. 2 a day, so i give him 1 in the morning with breakfast along with this probiotic Nature's Way - Primadophilus For Kids/Cherry, 68 mg, 30 chewable tablets , then i give him another animal parage vitamin in the afternoon! He LOVES them!!! These are the real deal, and what i will always be buying in the future.

Great vitamin and my son loves it! It is difficult to find a kids vitamin that is not a gummy without food dyes and I am so glad we found this product. My son has been taking it for years and even with his sensory challenges, loves the taste and 'crunchiness'. Will continue to purchase.

I was really skeptical of these because my kids are super picky. But they actually enjoy eating these and it's not a struggle to get them to take their vitamins anymore. There's a lot in the bottle so last a while I'm going to put these on auto ship. I just didn't before cuz I wasn't sure how they were going to react to them but they are definitely picky kid approved. The only thing I don't care about is they have a strange smell when you open them but apparently they don't taste anything. How they smell.
