How is the carafe lined - with glass or metal?

how can I clean the stain out of the carafe metal lined

I thought very quiet. If you listen, you can hear the coffee going into the pot. It makes a normal 'gurgling' sound toward the end of its cycle (boiling water peculating sound). And there is internal electronic signal that the coffee is done and again in two hours as the 'time since brew' indicator goes off.

Got this coffee machine July 16th 2019 and about 2 weeks ago the pot has several areas where it is leaking from. I wash this only buy hand without forcing anything inside to clean. Where can I get a new pot from?
