Can this be used on real teeth?

Yes, I’ve used it for fillings fallen out and chips or cracked teeth. Used off and on for years as needed.

What color is it and does it stick to metal?

This is a denture repair kit, not sure if it would stick to anything but "plastic" dentures (upper and lower).

Good product that did an excellent job of patching a temporary denture. Easy instructions, good price. Glad this is on the market as the dentist would have cost much more and required two days to repair.
