Hab ich als Geschenk gekauft und der Beschenkte ist damit sehr zufrieden. Ich hab das Vorgängermodell in der gleichen Größe vor ca. 40 Jahren gekauft und nie bereut - ist sehr scharf, handlich und ich kann in der Küche fast alles damit schneiden - hab mich auch schon richtig blöd geschnitten damit 🙃 Wirklich sehr gute Qualitätsware, nur zu empfehlen, die Ausgabe lohnt sich
