awesome book, would highly recommend it to any final fantasy 7 fan

I bought this book as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, who has played every final fantasy game ever, and is a massive fan of the series. I am happy to say this book lived up to expectations, it is a big heavy substantial tome, with lovely glossy pages and lots of beautiful artwork. I would be happy to recommend it to any final fantasy fans, gamers or appreciators of art books in general.

One of the best video game books I've ever bought. An absolute must for the Final Fantasy 7 Fan, it is packed with concept art, character models and behind-the-scenes info about the FF7 remake. The translation is very well written too - even the Japanese pencil notes on the storyboard drawings have been translated. Highly recommended.

Birthday present for my son. He collects game art books and this is one of his favourites so far.

The artwork is amazing. Also, getting a behind the scenes peek at how the developers approached a remake of one of their greatest successes was very interesting. If you like or love Final Fantasy VII, you should read this.

A good read on behind the scenes of the game

Not a big fan of the FF7 Remake game, but absolutely love this book for the huge amount of concepts and behind-the-scenes information. Apart from the usual characters and environment artworks, included in the book are storyboards of cutscenes, breakdown of the music compositions, interviews with the voice actors/actresses as well as background information of the world of FF7. A worthy buy!
