Pro Earhook Headworn Headset Microphone JK MIC-J 071S for Shure Wireless Transmitter

Bought this to replace the supplied headset of a Line6 V55 system. It works fine, the sound quality is reasonable, certainly not noticably worse than the original, and it was much cheaper. Because these are such fragile object and frequently get damaged in normal use, it made sense to me to find a less-expensive replacement, and this one is perfectly acceptable.

I wanted to use with Shure SLX remote system. Signal is so high with 'mic' option that receiver easily goes to red, with '0' option is so low that with higher volume got constant feed back. Pretty uncomfortable on head, not for longer usage. Will pay more and go with Shure MX153.

I would recommend this mic, sounds great and stays nicely in place on the person. We've had it for a few weeks now and use it only on Sunday's for a pastors reinforcement. We will be careful with handling it as the cable is light and possibly fragile. But we hope to get long durability out of it that way. Great price

Unfortunately, the end didn't fit our equipment and I had to return it. That small diagram on the back of the package would have been very useful when I did the original order. In all the searching and choosing the correct headset and end, I never saw that diagram. Service was good, delivre y was good, and the return was quick and easy except I'm out $20. for the return postage. No big deal.Thank you.
