I thought the Edge 3.0 might be too much of a "Training" device, based on the videos and Compex training guides, but the effect is same as the manual unit - basic TENS/EMS. Much easier to get started and the preset parameters are very comfortable and effective. Glad I bought it. I'm using it to get my quads going after a knee injury. The Recovery program is a nice massage effect. I'm curious what pulse width and pulse rate they are using as presets.

This works as it should be and is recommended as training aid and relief. Using it is awesome. However you should have knowledge about where muscles are to benefit the most of it. Recommended !

I have been using this in recovery mode after long runs and then do a TENS session after that and my legs feel great. Even after a hard 10k this really seems to help my legs just relax. I also use the strength building settings a little. It can get incredibly strong. Way harder than I can flex a muscle on my own. Great for areas you might be struggling to strengthen. You can use this while working out for a crazy boost!!!

This unit seems to work for me for tight muscles and shoulder tension. Started using on my lower back but no results seen yet. Very easy to use and the pads stick well. Just remember to put the plastic sheet cover back on the pads when not in use.

Gifted my original (previous gen model) to someone who needed it and replaced it with this one. Works fantastic, crazy not to have one in the house. You never know when a 35+ sleeping injury could occur!!

The company also sent me new leads since one was defective. With the new leads the electrical stimulation works as expected on my muscles.

I bought this unit for muscle stimulation. However, it did not work for me at all. I called the help line, and the people couldn't help me at all. I did everything just as instructed by the help person, and it still didn't work. I then tried to return it. Amazon said I had to contact the seller. When I went to their store to start a return, it said I had to check the Amazon return policy, which only referred me back to the seller! So, I am unable to get help and am unable to return it. Be aware of this if you purchase this unit. The one good thing is that it helps my husband's back and leg pain.

I bought this product after using similar product from a friend. I thought more expensive product means higher quality. This product is a fraud and they won’t refund you. They won’t take your call nor reply to your emails. Their support line never picks up a call and will never call you back. The product came broken so two patches did not work. The other patches that did work it was very poor working condition. You can tell right away it only looks good on the outside but it’s very cheap with its performance. It also made red mark in my back and it actually hurts when you use it. It’s really awful.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT
