Vicks VapoRub is labelled "extra strong," but honestly, it doesn't feel that strong in use. That said, it still gives some relief for a blocked nose or chest congestion. Overall, it's an okay product, just don't expect the intensity the label promises.

Vicks VapoRub Xtra Strong lives up to its name and clears head and sinuses of congestion. It is very concentrated. My only concern is the amount you get for your money as it is soon used up with a few applications.
