Dell WD19S Dock, USB 3.1, Type-C, Display Port, HDMI, 6 USB Ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 180W

Really pleased with this dock. It is a quality items with a good USB-C cable length and works flawlessly with my Lenovo laptop. I have another cheap dock and the screens keep going black, not with this one. Even better, I am running two 27" 4K monitors off of it which I wasn't sure would be possible.

The Dell Dock is a great product from Dell, but buy it only from the actual Dell UK website. I have been having an issue, which is inherit to such devices sometimes and something that warranty easily covers. However, as the seller buys the Dock from Singapore with a basic warranty, which means that according to Dell for them to cover you the system must be in the purchase location. Now my Dell Dock does not work and it cannot be replaced from warranty although such replacement was granted if I was in Singapore. I cannot contact the seller as the time allowed since I have bought it has passed. TO THE SELLER: Knowingly and dishonestly withholding information amounts to misrepresentation under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 in the UK. In this case, as warranty is clearly a big factor on such product and the fact that warranty cannot work in the UK as you purchased from Dell in Singapore should be disclosed along with the warranty limitations. This would have been key information I ought to know at the time of purchase. If you are able to assist me with obtaining the warranty and have a warehouse in Singapore, where a technician can come out review my dock and replace it, do let me know. Alternatively, if you have any other solutions, please do let me know.

I’ve had many different USB3 and USB-C docks which I have found rather unsatisfying. This Dell Dock, while more expensive than the others, works really well. I’ve used it with Dell, HP and Samsung laptops, with different monitors and peripherals attached and it’s worked flawlessly.

4 out of 5 we ordered actually worked and then we also have occasional black screens appear when using them. But on the whole, they do work as expected. The packaging makes it appear as if you are buying a refurbished unit rather than a new one, which is suspicious.

The cooling fan runs far too often and is a cause of distraction especially when on teams/zoom calls. I also get errors on my screen saying dock fault. It does however seem to charge the laptop fine, and runs my three screen setup. I've tried Dell support, software updates etc, but sadly it looks like i will have to buy an alternative doc. I purchased this as it was what I used in work office, but talking to the IT department they have lots of faulty units.

Have 2 screens, laptop, chargers etc all plugged in, no cables all over the desk and the laptop charger now sits in my bag waiting for trips out rather than having to get under the desk every time I needed to go out

Is does the job well

It had worked very well for 6 months, then suddenly does not work today, not charging, not display ...

Nutze die Docking Station mit meinem Dell Laptop nun mehreren Monaten. Funktioniert technisch einwandfrei und erweitert vielfältig die Anschlussmöglichkeiten.

I received the Dock and it is not working 😕 it seams that the docks socket is damaged and therefore the power is not stable and the Dock keeps switching off.

Item is fault. The fan is on constantly. I have made several attempts to contact this seller with no response. I have also contacted amazon about this and been told lies that the seller is no longer on amazon and they can do nothing. Very disappointed with this.

Worked as intended. Hopefully it will last longer than the old one.
