Beautiful pen project, well worth the $$. Highly recommend
A little difficult to get it right, but the result is absolutely stunning. I ended up turning the first one down too far and cracked it in the last stages, however, I bought another and was more patient the second time around, the result was stunning.

Much easier than anticipated
Follow the instructions, and take like cuts on the lathe. I did a couple of these, and the thin CA I used to set the inlay pieces did soak through and set the brass tube. So I'm not quite centered top to bottom with the inlay, but no one notices that but me. I'm already ordering more of these.
