So on a whim, I decided to order organic tea from PUKKA and a tin of MUGHE Gourmet assorted baklava. First I sent both to my sister in Germany.... without any indication who sent it . . . then I decided I would send the same things to my cousin in Canada (my cousin is very close to my sister, and they speak frequently, I figured they would share their puzzlement as to who sent the goodies! Then I sent one to a family friend in France. . . and the rumor mill got going in earnest. It was fun: BUT, the upshot was that they all LOVED Mughe's balkava. So I thought... hmmmm.... I want to try it... and I ordered the same combo (tea and baklava) for myself, and WOW.... It is delicious! It is nothing like baklava I had eaten before. Most often it is very gooey, inedibly sweet, and just feels like a cannonball in your stomach... But, I've never had this kind of baklava --it's dry, nutty, with a slight crispiness to the pasty... and the fillings they use are various --including almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios.. mostly ground up, but some whole as well. It's a really great product and received great "reviews" from all the friends and relatives I sent them to... (yes, after I sent them out to those first three recipients, I just kept going and ultimately sent out about 9 or 10 combo tea and baklava gifts. It was a lot of fun.

I like this brand, they make the best turkish floss. I tried my best to message the seller, which was impossible, about my experience. I did not want to leave a negative review, but I was so frustrated that I could not tell them my experience, this is the only way. The baklava was stale, dry, had a bad taste and looked like Tom Brady used it as the football in his last Super Bowl. Or maybe dropped from the Empire State building. The tin was dented. I did not return because I was so irritated, that I just threw it away. I had a feeling that someone possibly ate from the tin and returned it and it was rewrapped with plastic. There were several large pieces missing, as I bought this for the 3 mussel shaped baklava. I don't believe that any of this is the seller's fault, as I stated, this is a great brand that I have never had a problem with. Amazon did ship it in a bag with NO PADDING, which this is a delicate item, but that does not explain missing baklava, dry, stale and the weird taste.

It was good and delivered on time.

This baklava was fresh and delicious. The texture was perfect. Each of the varieties was good; I liked them all and did not have a favorite. The baklava was not too sweet or sticky. I would definitely buy it again. My only complaint is there was something sticky on the outside of the box. I have no idea what that was, but it annoyed me. The insides were clean, though, so it didn’t really affect anything.

This item is very small,it was misleading, when I opened the shipping pkg I was surprised at how small is this item,it is nothing like I expected..

The description said "Approx. 12 pcs." but there were ten pieces and then half of another piece but it was broken and unusable. Definitely not worth over $1 per piece. The flavor was okay but not great, kind of dry and not too fresh. I won't order this again.

It was a gift and it was appreciated. I am told it was good & fresh.I will probably be back to buy for me.

All I can say is that it’s very tasty. I really enjoyed eating them. It’s pretty close to what I ate in restaurants. I will definitely buy it again. I recommend this product Second box review: The baklavas are of different types. They are all very very tasty. Very fresh product. It’s always nice to see that a product bought on line comes up to your expectations. Ps: please note that I am exercising regularly so I eat a bit of these and then get on the bike:)
