Does the small work for the tenor sax or does the large size fit the tenor better?

I have the small size and wear a medium shirt. It works fine with all my saxes: tenor, alto and soprano. I think the large size is for large people, not large saxophones.

Would it work also for Bb standard clarinet?

I doubt it, but I'm not sure, as I don't play clarinet. These harnesses don't work for me with soprano sax. With soprano, I use a regular neck strap.

THEY are best bought by body size. if you are 5’5 and of mexiumbuils,I would suggest the Small one.
