The carton size is approximately 27" x 26" x 23" and the approximate shipping weight is 55 lbs.

Is the PostureFit supposed to pop off if you tighten it or lean back?

Hello - Wendy from Office Designs here - Thank you for your inquiry! No, the PostureFit should not pop off. This happens when the incorrect size is used. The Chair and the PostureFit need to be the same size. You can check the size of the Aeron chair by feeling the bumps on the underside of the lip of the back of the chair. 1=A, 2=B, and 3=C. The same can be done for the PostureFit. The size bumps for it can be found on the inside of the 'Y' piece. I hope that helps!
