I love to cook and bake, all of our meals are eaten at home with food I prepare. Dried beans are a staple in my meal rotation, both in main dishes and side dishes. These Iberia Cranberry Beans are a must have staple in my pantry.- A breeze to make. Soak overnight and prepare to your liking the next day. I slow cook them in a crock-pot, or in the oven in a traditional bean pot. They always turn out delicious, soft, and creamy.- So versatile. Makes a great vegetarian side for any meal including breakfast, or add your desired protein and any other ingredients for a hearty main dish.- These beans make THE BEST refried beans! Flavorful cooks up real well.
Myacoba, Romano, Pinto the only chili beans i usually buy. They are getting expensive. But still a good value. Never thought beans would be a luxury item. They were clean, just a rinse and a soak till they triple in size.rinse again. These were older beans so I wasn’t sure they would cook up well. The color was good, they are a pretty bean. The only things I sorted from these beans were a few split beans. No small ones or rocks or misshapen.

FLAVOR!!
Love the creamy flavor of these dry beans! I have to say my favorite. I have used them in chili beans as well as baked beans. They seem to cook very much the same as other dry beans but the flavor is unmatched!

Healthy idea
Very great idea which was new to me had never seen cranberry beans before. Will be staying on my agenda.These are really good beans . I slow cook them with chicken thighs onions and seasons. They make a great meal with a salad.
