Good set with all the tools you need

I bought this 298-piece home tool kit for my partner’s DIY projects, and it’s been brilliant. It covers pretty much every basic need—from screwdrivers to pliers and a hammer—all neatly organised in a sturdy case. The tools feel solid and reliable for everyday home repairs and maintenance. My partner has found it really handy for tackling small jobs around the house, and the variety means there’s always the right tool close at hand. Great value and perfect for any DIY enthusiast.

overall this is I think one of the best general purpose toolkits. I had no tools at all so needed a variety of things for various situations. it's good to have a wide selection. the tools are reasonably good quality - I mean you can't go far wrong with stuff which is made mostly of solid metal. The handles and other yellow parts are reasonably good. you'll find that some of the items are maybe slightly smaller than they would be if you bough separate full-sized items somewhere, e.g. the hammer is a little on the smaller side but still functional. the case is plastic but doesn't weight too much. all the items were included with nothing missing. after comparing against several other high-numbers-of-items general toolkits this was i thought the best one with the widest selection of items (almost) and in a decent colour (ie not red or puke). overall pretty happy with it and excited to use it. includes a pair of gloves for some purpose, not mentioned in the ad. sometimes getting the tools to fit into the slots is a little tight, or in some cases a little loose.

......and it is one day past the return date. Trying to find contact details for Guryon is not the easiest job so have given it up as a bad job. I have played with it today and there was a metal plate under the cover that was lose and out of place. With a pair of long nosed pliers, I reseated the plate and it is working at the moment. As for the product itself, I would suggest you try every item within the 30 day returns period to make sure it all works. If you are into 'light' DIY then the quality might be OK for a while but if you are into serious stuff, pay the extra and purchase a brand name.

Baught this for my mom. For the times when you need to put up something or to help you with a job your working on around the house. She loves it and she's looking for something for her to fix or place. Dislike she hasn't come back to me yet too tell me anything.
