This is the second time I purchase this product, despite not all reviews I read before I got the vitamins and, for the moment, I got no complain about it.

I don't know about the effectiveness, but I can not swallow these tablets without choking. Why would anyone make a tablet with edges? If it were smooth, even though large, it might go down easier. I will just give them to someone without swallow issues.

no good. total fake product. I did the vinegar test and nothing. I even sent it back and got my money back. It is make in Canada, no offense, but it is a total waste and will not break down in the stomache.
