I bought this batter about 7 months ago ; it started malfunctioning like not charging my phone all the way and turning off. I contacted the company, after a bit back and forth about what’s going on I got a brand new case in the mail 2 days later. Also it comes with a lightning charger and a screen protector. 30 bucks? For sure!

This is the third of this product I’ve had. (It’s the same product marketed under different suppliers: Alpatronix, GIN FOXI, etc.) I needed to have a constantly-charged phone for photos, calls, and dimension entry on job sites. The first one worked, but then, about 1 month in, stopped charging. They sent a replacement. It worked well for about 5 months, but started getting erratic, so I ordered another to have on standby. After a couple more months, the 2nd one puked out. The third one, new out of the box, won’t charge for more than a minute or so - and worse - that includes preventing the phone itself to charge more than a minute or so while it’s in the case. It’s after my return window, so I’m $45 down on a worthless item. Very disappointed. Don’t buy.

So far very nice. Case fits well. Charges phone well. No issues at all. Would recommend.

Purchased for my bf & he loved it. After a couple drops over time (not even a year) it did break. But if you’re careful it can be convenient

Ordered the battery, worked well for 2 months. No complaint. Worked as advertised. In about 4 months, I started to have an issue with charging speed of the battery itself, and connection issues with my phone. As I do not reside in USA, getting a replacement was an issue, but their customer service was quick in getting back to me and offering me a refund instead. Would definitely recommend buying from these sellers if not for the product, then for the after sales service. Thank you so much!

Works good at first for a couple of weeks then it the Battery doesn’t charge fully and now it’s hit and miss probably won’t recommend this product .

Works well so far

Was able to charge the case fine, but when putting my phone in the case it would not charge no matter what I did. Instructions simply said to hold power button on the case for 3 seconds. I tried holding it and pressing it multiple times to no avail. And for whatever reason it would eventually cause my phone to register liquid in the charging port. So I made sure to wipe down the charging ports just to make sure there was no moisture anywhere to be detected and it still did not help. It seemed pretty evident the ports were not wet as turning my phone off then back on made it have no troubles charging with my normal cable and brick. Additionally, the screen protector it comes with was cracked upon delivery. This wasn't a concern as I didn't need a new screen protector, but it was yet another issue and example of the poor packaging and quality of the products it seems. I'll be returning this product for a refund and likely look for a different charging case and not go with the one that was most cost effective. I don't doubt that if I got a replacement it would work fine, but with it being a random company, a poor first experience, and other reviews mentioning limited durability I figure I'd look somewhere else.
