Great hardcover, that includes a dvd (who has dvd drives on their computer anymore?), but also an online code so you dont need to use the dvd. Its a ccna textbook, its fine.

After several months of preparing for the exam I was confident the practice tests supplied in this book would help me pass. Today, after attempting the real exam I can say it hasn’t helped me pass at all. None of the practice questions came up or even close to the real questions. It just about scratched the surface of the content you would expect in your exam. Would not recommend at all.

I have not been one to spend a lot of money on exam study resources, but this book was very well worth the cost. It was full of information and organized such that I could easily identify areas I needed to study more exhaustively while making it easy to skim the areas I already new better while still making sure I knew the important information.
