Feels So Good!
I use these every week for pain relief. Great for sore muscles whether you're an athlete or you sit at the computer all day. I highly recommend these. After a few uses, they become easier to squeeze and suction onto the skin - be sure to use lotion or oil! I've used these on my face, arms, legs, back, buttocks, anywhere. Feels great! After a few weeks of use in the poor circulation areas, you'll begin to notice that the purple/red color isn't as deep - it's working! Relief too! I tried chiropractor and massage appointments for years and though those are still really great, I found that these mostly solved my arm/shoulder pain issue.

Wonderful relief tool
These definitely work to loosen the fascia of the muscles! The medium size cup is my favorite because it fits my hand well and works well for the muscles that I can reach. I have had them for about 8 months now and use them about once per week so they stand up to regular use. Definitely recommend but see your therapist to get an idea of how to get maximum use from them.

Works on Multiple Parts of the Body
I love the fact that there are different sizes. At first I thought the largest one was going to be too big and the smallest too small, but they definitely work for specific parts of the body. I have been using them regularly and often just use them in the shower.The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the very bottom of the cups (which it touches the skin) is not as smooth as expected. I'm not sure if that's just because of the material that the cups are made out of or if it's something intentional to keep to "stuck" to the skin while using them.
