Yes. The modules use an IP67 injection molded housing to help protect against rain and moisture. They are designed for outdoor storefront signs channel letters sign boxes and other commercial sign backlighting applications.

Are these LED modules easy to install and does the adhesive hold well?

Yes. Each module has REXTIN strong adhesive backing for secure placement plus approximately 8cm of wire between modules for flexible positioning inside channel letters and sign boxes. Clean the mounting surface before installation

What power supply do I need and how should the strings be connected?

A 12V DC power supply is required and is not included. Each module uses 1.44W and each 20 module string uses about 28.8W. Connect every 20 module string directly to the power supply rather than daisy chaining strings to help reduce voltage drop.
