Boron is bigger than the molecule Silicone. So it beats out said molecule to the cell.

These are tablets not capsules.
They are what I ordered. However, I thought I was ordering capsules. I have trouble swallowing tablets. I will give them away and make sure I am ordering capsules the next time. My own fault. I should have read the description better.
