Quality product
Easy to use and portable, lightweight. Sturdy. Charges fast and Indicator is bright and clear. All round a good product.

Very compact, and sophisticated for its price
Lots of good protection features you don't get on a very basic charger. The stepped charge level indicator is simple but a whole lot bette than just a charging/finished indication.

Good customer service - Replaced by company
The company reached out following my original review and sent a replacement. The replacement works fine after one charge. The original set worked well for my bass guitar and lasted six months. However on first charge with the supplied charger there was a foul burning smell and they didn't work. The replacement seems to work well.

Good product fast charging

Slow to charge, need to recharge every week!
These batteries and charger are good value. However, I use them for a cat deterrent alarm (an RSPB approved one). Unfortunately I have to recharge every week and they take 6 hours to recharge, so I'm going to look for better and higher spec lithium ones. Update: The company fully refunded me, I found them to be kind and helpful. Thank you.
