Great experience
Cannot believe how quick this process was. Ordered it yesterday morning and arrived in just over 24hrs later. Also itโs bigger than I expected! All in all Iโm very happy. 10/10

Inefficient
More heat on outside than inside

Throw-away after third use...
The logo and dial numbers literally wiped off first use, with a water-dampened cloth, which did make me question it's authenticity as being a 'Russell Hobbs' ...I have used it 3 times from new, and the ceramic bowl has crazed all over!... inside and outside, it's complete throw-away now. I would advise to find yourself a decent slow cooker, this isn't it sadly.
