375 on the dial, but you can turn it higher (no # displayed), I would guess it would be 400 degrees. Hope that helps!

why don't pictures match the product?

I did not buy the 2liter version...I purchased the 3 liter fryer, and I love it! looks just like the picture, and works beautifully. easy to clean, and change oil.
