If you research the 3 ingredients included ingredients you’ll seriously scratch your head wondering why Amazon allows this to be sold. These are opportunistic. Many cases of people having serious problems with these types of strains. Use at your own risk. Not all bacterium are meant to be in your gut.

Gave us diarrhea
Daughter has IBS and I have leaky gut, and we both tried this capsule since it is supposed to contain three of the bacterial strains that produce butyrate. We both got diarrhea the day after we started with 2 capsules each, and it took daughter a week and a half to get back to normal.I may try this again in the future, but this is not the probiotic for her!
