Works just like it is supposed to. opted for this instead of a tile in linear drain as sometimes it is much easier to use these instead of a tile in one.

Good product for the value
This drain is much nicer style than the small hole in the floor. It's a great cake for the money. It works great and allows for maximum drainage. The installation was easy as we retiled at the same time. It catches everything but the water. It's very sturdy and holds up good to the weight of the washer on it.

EVEN though it did not work for me and the design I had, the service was top notch when I had to return. The item was picked up and returned by their courier the next day and a credit. Very impressed with the service and loved the product.

Linear drain
The drain cover is white not stainless that we ordered. Wasn’t happy when plumber opened it to install as we wanted stainless not white. Had to install as they didn’t have time to wait or come back to do it later. Disappointed in product
