As a mid-handicap, middle-aged weekend golfer, I’m always looking for a ball that gives me good distance without breaking the bank — and the TaylorMade Distance+ has been a pleasant surprise. Off the tee, these balls really do deliver on distance. I’ve noticed a few extra yards compared to some of the softer balls I’ve used in the past, and they seem to launch pretty consistently with my driver and long irons. The feel is definitely on the firmer side, but that’s expected with a ball built for distance. It hasn’t been a dealbreaker for me at all. Around the greens, you won’t get the same soft feel or spin as premium balls like the TP5 or Pro V1, but honestly, for the price and performance, it’s a solid trade-off. They hold up well over multiple rounds too — no scuffing unless I hit a cart path. Overall, for an average golfer like me who plays a few times a month and doesn’t want to stress about losing a £5 ball in the woods, these are a great choice. Affordable, reliable, and long off the tee — I’ll be sticking with them for now.

Great balls if you are a beginner and want to stick with the TaylorMade brand It goes far for my bad swing and very noticeable in the summer. A little more difficult to notice in the autumn leaves. Overall would buy again.

The price for this golf balls is reasonable. The quality is fine. The ball surface is finished with glossy yellow , so it may look like no dimples on the surface.

I'm 70 years old and blamed my lack of distance off the tee on my age. Well, the first tee shot with the TaylorMade distance+ was as good as anything I have ever hit, distance wise and also in accuracy. That continued for the rest of my round. I never even dreamed that I could hit the ball as far, so consistently. I have also upgraded my driver, so that can take some of the credit, but for me, it's love at first sight with these balls. I'm gonna buy more :)
