Great gels for long distances!
Great gels, settle well on my stomach and taste great! Used during half marathon and really helped, would recommend!

My go to gels
Work for me

Great, but leaked
Great taste and no digestive issues. But although the retail packaging was undamaged, one gel had leaked which had spread across all the others. Had to wipe down each gel and dispose of the retail box. I think others have experienced this too. I can only assume this happens during packaging at the factory as opposed to during transit given the box was undamaged and still sealed.

Easily absorbed & good flavours
Tried lots of gels over the years to support my running and most don’t sit well on my stomach. I’ve never had any issues with the Torq gels plus they have the added bonus of including electrolytes as I’ve had cramping issues at the end of marathons.

Delicious alternative to disgusting energy gels
Though it can be a bit sickly sweet Torq raspberry ripple energy gem is THE BEST gel for a quick energy boost on the trail. Tastes just like ripple sauce on a Mr Whippy. Tasty and helpful. Avoid energy gels that are like sweet snot and have one of these instead.
