Crock-Pot Artisan 5-Quart Round Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven – Blue, Durable Heavy-Duty Cookware for Slow Cooking, Roasting, Baking with Lid

I bought this to make artisan's bread in. You have to heat the dutch oven up to 450 degrees for 20 min then you cook in it for another 45 min. I have made at least 40 loafs of bread in this and it still looks as good as it did the day I bought it. The enamel has not split on lid or at side of pan and I have bought a couple that have. This makes the perfect size of bread. And it would make a large pot roast, soup or stew, use it in over or on top of stove. without breaking the bank. This pan its my go to every time I make bread and I have several dutch ovens. I always use parchment paper but you will still always get oil spots and they clean up easy without having to scrub, just use a little soap and water after use.

Bought as a gift for Christmas and it is a dream. (Bought as a gift but I've been using it). Doesn't get dirty easily, stands up to the burners really well. It's nice and big, definitely cooks for many people. The color is great, and it looks just like it did on the listing. The lids design allows for accumulated steam to be spread out around the pot, which if you're looking into getting a Dutch oven, is really important. Overall, it has been a great purchase, would definitely recommend!

I know that it seems silly to use the words, "Obsessed" and "Cherished" and "IN LOVE" for objects...but I also realize that I am an old women of 45...and kitchen items make me weak in the knees...far more than Jason Momoa ever could. This GORGEOUS Dutch oven is not only sexy to look at, but a joy to play with...much like my boyfriend. Jovie, which I what I have named this pink treasure, is so cute, that I keep her on my stove top at all time. And much like her name, she does bring me great joy! I have cooked things like Lasagna Soup and Fresh Cranberries in this amazing pot, and the inside porcelain is still as white as me in the winter. I am now trying to figure out if I need to add to the family and get the larger capacity ones, or if Jovie and I will live happily every after...just the two of us. Is there room in my heart for another member of the Crock Pot family? Only time, and my boyfriends debit card will tell.

Great little pot for 1 or 2! If you're looking to downsize your cooking now that it's just 1 or 2 people, this is a great size pot for smaller meals that still pack a punch. Cast iron will always be a staple in my kitchen. But, all my other Dutch Ovens are geared to cooking for 6. I needed to downsize for 1. This is perfect. Plus, all the benefits of cast iron with the ease of ceramic for clean up.

I started making sour dough bread and this pot works so well and is just the right size. I love the color too. The price was reasonable.

I 100% bought this for the color. I recently started my sourdough journey and knew I should get a dutch oven. I didn't want to invest hundreds in what might be a passing hobby and I thought I'd have to settle for a color I don't care about. I was so happy to not only find a perfect purple, but to find one in a trustworthy brand name. I'm loving this dutch oven. My bread comes out amazing every time. It cleans super easily, so any of that bread residue comes right off. My bread bakes thoroughly and evenly. I have had no issues with the enamel, it's beautiful and in pristine condition after about two months of use so far. It's so silly to say seeing this in my kitchen fills me with joy but it genuinely does. I love leaving this set on top of the stove because it's beautiful and makes me happy. Will absolutely buy more if I start baking multiple loaves a day.

Heavy duty Great for sourdoughs or stews. works great on stove top or oven. Lid did get a chip in the inside but besides that it is great. not too heavy
