I would have given it 4 stars, but I just looked on my Amazon buys and saw when I purchased it (2023) and how much I paid for it, £10. I'm still using it on my PC, and it's all I want from a microphone. It's plug & play, and its clarity is fine.

The Microphone is a good budget option, earning 4 out of 5 stars. It does the job well for the price, offering clear audio quality for general use. However, there are occasional issues with people hearing me at a low volume. Despite this minor drawback, it's a solid choice for anyone needing an affordable and functional USB microphone.

I tried two more expensive microphones and at best they worked very intermittently and were a nightmare to set up. I then sent for this one at a fraction of the price plugged in to the USB socket allowed its use in the various apps and it just worked. Its very neat, almost unnoticeable on my desk, the length of lead is very adequate. As far as its longevity that remains to be seen but I am quite optimistic. Delivery was excellent, ordered late evening and delivered mid morning next day. I only need it for You tube, google etc so how it would stand up to more serious use I can not tell but for my use it is excellent and for the price of a couple of cups of coffee.

This was bought as an emergency replacement whilst waiting for more expensive mic to arrive. The sound quality is adequate for the price. There is a noticeable amount of noise and the dynamic range is a little limited, but it is okay for mostly speech. There is an annoying little bug on the one I have. I can press the mute button on the mic to mute it, but I can't unmute it again, without having to unplug the whole mic and replug it into the computer again. This bug pretty much renders it almost unusable for me. So it is now stored at the back of the drawer.

Dreadful had the microphone just over a month and it’s broken

Works really well once it's working. I have a 2017 macbook air and it didn't immediately recognise the mic in settings. I learned I had to have the mic switched on (the red light button depressed) before i plugged in the usb and then it would show up. If you plug it in and only then turn the red light on the Mac just won't recognise it. Great sound so far from testing on Zoom, excited to use for my classes :)

I bought this microphone for speech to text use on Windows 11. I am delighted to say that it works extremely well. All this at a very reasonable price too.

It's a nice microphone and it works fine, but I am very puzzled because when connected to my USB port the mute switch doesn't appear to work and the sound is till evident. I can't decide if this is a problem with this device or if it a wider problem with Windows 11. Does anyone know?

Lo recomiendo pues me funciona muy bien desde hace tiempo y buena calidad precio. Recomendable.

E' un microfono da tavolo poco ingombrante e flessibile. C'è la possibilità di variare il volume o di spegnerlo direttamente, per una maggiore tutela della privacy quando non viene utilizzato (si accende una spia luminosa quando è in funzione). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Chi ha ascoltato la mia voce in collegamento mi ha detto che non è stata mai così chiara e forte.
