All is know is: Rated 3 Volt, capacity 1.55Ah

Does anyone know what the mAh rating on these are

1500 mAh is the same as 1.5 Ah = 1.5 Couloambs/Second x hour x 3600 Second/ hour. the hours cancel out, what is left is 1.5 C/S x 3600S = 5400 Coulombs, this the amount of electron that will go through the laser and transfer its NRG to light. 1 C = 6.25 x 10 ^18 electron.

Would this work for leupold red dot?

It depends on what leupold red dot you are referring to. From what I have seen those tie the flat round batteries and not this type.
