Horrible packing for such a delicate item.
The item arrived bent like Ace Venture had delivered it. I do not fault the driver, I fault whoever packed the item, its a very delicate metal, it should have been bubble wrapped securely. It arrived with no protection, in a big box with very heavy items, of course you know what happened, the paint loses. I had to make a trip to return. I have had this happen with multiple expensive watercolor individual paints; I have spoken to customer service and requested to please bubble wrap and secure the item to no avail.
