Not sure. But it seems like paint would stick to it.

No, we have used it for fishing related projects...fixing and re-wrapping eyelets and also for home made fishing lures hard coatings..in some cases over fleck and it worked well ,,but never mixed flecks into product itself..

I would give it 10 stars if I could. I used it to attach a concrete swan head that had broken off It worked great I allowed it to stand for a few days and it is solid!! lock tite did the trick

Loctite is not too tacky and yet very tactful so I think that loctite has got a really grasping concept when it comes to sticking wood together you just gotta spread it around and grab it with your hands and give it some grasping pressure.
