Yes, PR4 and SPR4 are the same refills and they work in most Fisher Space pens, NOT the Fisher Multi Function pen which uses a SU4F refill

What are the dimensions of the refill? I want to put it inside a pilot g2.

This is a Parker style refill and it measures 3 1/2" long without the Parker adapter.
