Plus it fit other party guests (with average sized heads) with no problem. (I also was not looking for a long term wearing, everyday hat!) It IS a novelty hat! Perfectly priced! The spiner on top was balanced perfectly & spun around nicely without any problems! It's a fun hat that can be enjoyed for multiple purposes now that I have it!
