Not sure on the material of the shelf but very sturdy and measurements as mentioned. Very well packed and very neat looking shelf. Comes with hooks and a spare grip. The shelfs are adjustable which makes it flexible to keep things.If u need to store stuff must buy.

Good purchase for laundry room
Using this in my laundry room. It was easy to build, it’s sturdy and comes with thin little plastic mats to place on the shelves. Really happy with how this is holding up! Able to store loads of things and it doesn’t take up too much space. Worth buying!

Missing pieces.Couldn't assemble
All the items were loose in the box...First bad sign. Then the product couldnt even be assembled. I think there were missing parts. We had to return it.
